A lot of teen romances deal with lovers bridging class divides. This is one of those stories, but it is very well done and not cliched. Rosanna Arquette and Vincent Spano are great. The recreation of the 60s is very well done. The Arquette characters evolution from innocent high school girl to confused college student trying to find her way is believable and at times heart breaking.
