As my comm1 prof used to preach, every speech must contain a statement which addresses this fundamental question- and Grace, the human, NOT snail mind you, never answers this. Continuing with the comm1 analogy, the hook with Pinky dying felt like a shallow shock mechanism to reel viewers in, but it wasn’t particularly shocking or impactful, so it didn’t quite have.. any impact on me. And then we move extremely quickly into the flashback..…
