  A film perfectly crafted to say absolutely nothing.

  EDIT: just adding more thoughts for myself here, because of how conflicted I am. I really wanted to like this movie, because it’s the kind of movie I’m always begging to see more of: understated, introspective and minimalist drama. It’s rare to see a film really commit to the idea of showing instead of telling, and Charlotte Wells seems to understand the inherent literary power of suggestion in narrative.

  What do you even rate a movie like this lol? The cinematic equivalent of when id throw all my toys in the same box and toss em around. Just IP soup, commenting on itself and over again.
