Uneasiness and confusion.  The entire movie is based off of Beau’s nightmarish experiences, present and past.  To sum it up, the movie makes little to no sense at all.  Sitting through the entire 3 hours was pretty grueling, but the randomness made me stick with it somehow.  I thought Ari Aster did a great job on showing how guilt, fear, and failure is reflected in someone who is in that state constantly.  Movies like this where the viewer is immersed in the main character’s point of view always varies with directors, which is great imo

A very long and boring movie for the most part. Nothing really happens until something happens, but for the sake of the true message.

I will say the cinematography was top tier, and the acting/writing was what made me power through the movie.  The story is built and seen through the eyes of the main character, Jong Su. The concepts of the movie were very emotional and can be relatable to all people.  I loved the deeper meanings behind…
