Really liked this. It felt like an episode of a tv show rather than a film. It has a very simple premise for a film and felt like there was going to be more at the end.
Best thing about the film is the character development and how the characters interacted with each other.
Slow start but gets into it after 20 mins. Was a very pleasant watch.
Saw the great reviews before and think I had very high expectations coming into it. Halfway through and didn’t really like it tbh. Found it hard to root for the main character. By the end of the film, it all came together and I thought it was a very beautiful and raw-feeling film. although found it very cringey at times
Rewatched in cinema.. so glad I did. Can’t state how good this film is.. but I’ll try. I remember when the first dune came out and Denis said that it was just a build up story and the second film would be alot better. I thought he was just trying to hype it up.
