  Bogged down by one too many direct homages and similarities
  Other than that, super tense and exciting time. Eyes glued to the screen and butt thoroughly clenched. 
  Visuals, gore and effects were awesome. World building too, love the alien universe. 
  Sufficient amount of Weyland Yutani tech gizmos beeping and buzzing and clicking and humming.  Live for that stuff. 

  David Jonsson is INCREDIBLE

  Beautiful visuals and serious tension with one of the best musical scores I’ve ever heard. Even in moments of silence or inaction the music kept me invested cause it just bangs. The conversations and different interpretations that can be had about the morals of this film keeps it from being a simple plain Western.
