  Should be a shoo-in for a Best Casting nominee in 2026, but we know it won’t happen and will go to some shit instead. Expert-level moviemaking across the board. Story is tight and covers a lot of ground in a short runtime. The chameleonic Soderbergh continues to throw absolute heat within any realm he finds interest in.

  Loses a bit when Padukone is offscreen, but otherwise this is a total sensory and emotional blast. The songs are bops which carries a lot of the load as well!

  Yes, yes, a million times fuck yes. Anderson smashes Teorema, La Piscine, and early career Lanthimos together, while delivering a wholly unique visual style that should ignite fireworks inside of the soul of any true fan of the possibilities within this medium. The story itself is loose and weird and unsettled, all complimentary. He sparks thoughts and questions inside of you and answers just the right amount at just the right speed.

  Love that Director Bong won all the Oscars and then went back to making cartoony monster metaphors like he was pre-Parasite. Pattinson’s so good, and I immediately bought and loved Ackie in this way more than in Blink Twice. We stand with the Creepers!
