  Cinematography is lovely, I really did enjoy the look of this film.
  But maybe I'm getting old, or infected with "woke" but it's so damn "bro-coded" and just a little silly.

  A bit of a love letter to QT, Carpenter, and Winding-Refn. M. Night too. I kinda think unfortunately it's just not very smart... see what Jordan Peele is doing. But maybe I'm being unfair.

  Also... as soon as you do the fun non-linear chronology thing you give away the SUPER obvious conceit.
  So just don't do it.

  See Cold in July 2014 instead.

  Kitchen-sink Georgian drama - really thoughtful, atmospheric, artfully dour and yet beautifully cinematic film. Very dry and witty.
  Perfect festival film.
