Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me 1992
Something that makes Lynch’s work so special is that no matter how strange or dark or it got, there always remained a sincerity and optimism beneath it all. I’m not sure another filmmaker cares more about one of their characters than Lynch did Laura Palmer.
