The Birdcage 1996
Some movies are cult classics because they don’t exactly flow well and it’s not as coherent as you would like, but the individual pieces are just so good. This had me laughing quite a bit and I really enjoyed it.

Delightfully campy with some excellent performances. I haven’t seen the musical but it seems to hold to its broadway roots well. Arianna and Johnathan Bailey made me laugh quite a lot. It’s held back by pacing in the final third and some melodramatic call backs, but overall it’s pretty enjoyable.
