*Monday Mystery Movie Screening
Enjoyed walking into the theatre not knowing what to expect. Pleasant surprise to get an advanced screening of this movie.
As for the movie itself, it felt like your standard middle of the road action movie, albeit with a lot scenes that will make you feel squeamish. Pretty over the top.
Not much emphasis on the writing and very forgettable performances by the antagonists.
I am so happy that Chazelle is such an amazing young talent. Can't wait to see what the next few years give us.
This movie was visually stunning and had great humor. I thought the story line was a nice brush of fresh air. Was a different take on a romance with a wonderful parallel to tie everything together nicely in the end.

Such a beautiful bizzare movie. The visuals in the movie were really good.
I thought the story was unlike I've ever seen before. It was almost a warning of what people do and how they change them self just to find a relationship.
I thought Farrell was really good and this was a very different role for him.
It found it hard at times to keep with as basically everyone had no emotion in the movie, I helped keep to how it is during this dystopia but was hard to like some characters.
