    For a movie that had no outbursting conflicts, nothing that would cause any remarkable distress or questions, it managed to stay interesting with how normal the film’s premise was. 

    Everything is only inconvenient, concerning, and particular within the town of Portland. Not to mention how funny this film manages to be, in a very familiar sense of conversations I’ve had before.     Seth MacFarlane essentially played a family friendly version of his characters, all for it. 

    This film is essentially a playlist of covers of popular songs (with the exception of Scar Jo), it expects nothing more and nothing less. The film’s, “stars can be found anywhere”, narrative that’s been done many times, in a safe environment. 

    But I still enjoy it to this day, ‘nuff said.

    I don’t know if people associate this in the realm of animated Japanese films that should be watched, but if it isn’t it should.

    Instead of hyper gore violence, it’s used sparingly in the complicated showcase of government scandal and underground occurrences within Post-Axis occupied Japan. 

    Animation wise it takes that route that almost appears rotoscoped, when it simply takes its time in fluid motion. Alongside the audio that simply brought the world to life.
