  As British a film can be… that’s not a flaw we love a mushy British film that always ends on a high and stars a plethora of the now standard issue Brit film names. Hugh Bonneville plays a baddie. Joel Fry as a helpless lawyer who pulls it out of the bag when he needs to. Jo Hartley plays Dave’s wife and Rory Kinnear is the man himself Dave Fishwick. It’s a nice true story but eh.   The music nerd in me is screaming. I loved this. Very Beatles biased but hey its directed by Paul McCartney’s daughter. The cinematography is gorgeous if you’re into sweeping shots of a empty artistically lit recording studio.  I liked. 4 stars. If I were more a Elton John or Pink Floyd fan it would be 3
