  alex had never seen this so it was time! such a fun one. loved reading about the making of & some of the practical effects like the rotating room & that whole nightmare (no pun intended) that was the filming of johnny depp’s death scene. robert englund is… legendary. he is freddy krueger, minus the child murdering part, and the franchise fundamentally does not work without him, or wes craven for that matter, which is why i hope & pray every day that they don’t try…

  wow this was amazing. definitely one of the bloodiest movies i’ve ever seen and i loved every second of it. went to a letterboxd screening with a friend and the crowd was erupting and reacting to everything audibly and it was incredible. not the greatest dialogue in the world and it starts off a little slow but after the title card hits… wow. and that title card drop was insane. the kills are so unique and they are not afraid…

  first watch on hbo max - the epitome of supporting women’s rights as well as women’s wrongs. i love women. v colourful & poppy, giving scott pilgrim energy and i love it. just a whole lot of fun and beautiful women being iconic & slaying the house down <3 honestly this is a new comfort movie
