I finally watched the movie that people have been calling the next Die Hard. Personally, I’d argue it only captures about 45% of what Die Hard is and what it accomplishes. I was really hopeful for this film because of its leads: Taron Egerton, who I loved in Rocketman and Kingsman, and Jason Bateman, who I think is such a versatile actor.
