  Trapped in the elevator horror is difficult cause unless the dialogue is out-of-this-world...you're tapped in there with them. For an hour or more. Actors did their best for the material given to them, I really believed their predicament.

  Yeah, ok! A little hurrah for Wilson and Farmiga. They both hold court as a demon-fighting couple though the foe, this time, doesn't feel as threatening or looming.

  I mean, every Sean Baker film I've watched so far has been...so impactful, raw, well-shot, and acted. There's no surprise that Anora is nominated for Best Picture. Jeez, Mikey Madison is such a powerhouse for this role. The perfect anti-princess film dressed in Russian sable, glitter stand hair, and cute pumps.

  Wow...just wow. Sanctuary, to me, isn't about its premise or the twisted nature of power and sex. This film is all about Margaret Qualley. I feel like I watched an actor's showcase MADE just for her to show the audience how good of a performer she can be. You have to be wily, chaotic, and so in control to hold the attention of an audience that has to watch you duel it out with a man in Aaron Sorkin levels of dialogue, uninterrupted while pacing a hotel room for 90 minutes.
