Vile CIA and U.S. military propaganda. Barely a movie. More like a hodgepodge of platitudes and cliches. Keaton is always watchable, and the brief fight on a moving speedboat in choppy waters is a fun idea, but this is trash of the not-fun variety.

Ghost Dogs 2020
Great film. It's marching to the beat of its own drum, but it's doing so in a way that brings the viewer into the experience rather than alienating them. And it manages the always tricky horror and comedy combo with aplomb. Joe Cappa is the real deal.
