The Family Stone 2005
Okay I love a rom-com more than the next person. We KNOW this, but when I am faced with physical discomfort from the sheer amount of awkwardness, lies/backstabs, and essentially every character being an antagonist - I simply cannot get behind it.

I hate to say this about a Netflix exclusive...Watch. This.
Corrupt cops against a valiant protagonist, but actually done surprisingly well well. Aaron Pierre needs more buzz from his role in this without a doubt. The only unfortunate thing about this movie is that it was released on Netflix, if it was on literally any other streaming service it would be 10x more popular.
The plot had the perfect amount of twists and turns without getting confusing, but keeping you engaged throughout the film.
