  The most disturbing part of this film is just how alien Australia looks with Aboriginal people in prominent, mainstream positions of power and the media. It’s 2020, and very little has changed in most of the satirical story elements. If anything, some of the jokes have soured as the situations have become worse over time. The ‘80s suddenly feel like a long time ago.

  Do not watch this movie unless you’ve lived through a terrible acid trip. Nothing else will prepare you for what you’re about to see. I had to scrub my eyeballs with steel wool for hours afterwards.
