A terribly obvious and rote script that feels pulled straight from the 90s. You can see the weathered pages of William Goldman's screenwriting guides all over this. It's a five word synopsis that lacks any further depth or intrigue: robot girlfriend spoils holiday heist.
Would have been better serviced by either leaning into comedy or horror more, or at least doing something with the basic concept of robots fighting back.
But nope, what you see is what you get. A watchable but very routine film.
