  A Real Pain 2024

  Jesse Eisenberg did a great job of creating a very ‘real’ feeling that felt almost like a documentary, it was was moving and then funny in parts and you can just tell it was a passion project rather than the somewhat relentless blockbuster films that can feel very commercialised (not saying I don’t like a lot of those bigger films but this film did make a change!)

  Kieran Culkin and Jesse’s chemistry reflects really well, you can almost feel through…

  I really liked this film, I didn’t know much about Robbie Williams life really and only through the film remembered songs I’d grown up hearing being played throughout.

  I found it inciteful in going into his life through its ups and downs, didn’t feel any scene was out of place and found that once the film started, him being a cgi chimpanzee didn’t hinder the storytelling at all.
