We Were Once Kids 2021
"Kids" has always fascinated me because I've never seen anything like it. It's a movie I'll never forget, but I would almost never recommend it to anyone because of its extreme subject matter. It feels like it is illegal to watch and this documentary shows that it wasn't shy of breaking laws to make. There are consequences of this kind of filmmaking.

Jordan Peele has established and perfected such a recognizable style that I am all here for. The Gordie monkey scene was one of the most horrifyingly incredible sequences I’ve seen in a movie. I wish we got more monkey content.
The Alien was well done, but I can’t lie got a LITTLE bit boring at times. The whole “don’t look it in the eyes” trope isn’t my favorite.
I need to watch planet of the apes again soon.
