Was so psyched for this and saw it in the theater the first week I moved to LA, have revisited a couple times since then, but this still remains my least favorite Lynch. An experiment that’s clearly made up as he went and feels like it shoulda just been released on davidlynch.com in the mid 2000s. Kinda wanna dip below three stars, but I’m leaving it outta respect to the master.

I really wanted to like this, but it’s a major eye roll from me. In fact, my eyes rolled back so far when that cover song played over the closing credits that I now have to get corrective eye surgery.
