    Captain America: Brave New World

    ★★½

Captain America: Brave New World is a reasonable film, its biggest shortcoming is a narrative without depth that does not escape a formula that is already showing signs of wear and tear. Anthony Mackie gives a fantastic performance now in the role of Captain America, as does Harrison Ford. The action scenes are great, the visuals meet the current standard and the pacing is well balanced.

    Mickey 17

    ★★★

Mickey 17 is a film that had everything to be a success, but fell a little short of expectations. Starting with the story, which drags a bit at the beginning, and should have been complex and serious, but ended up being simple. Robert Pattinson's performance was excellent. I should also mention Naomi Ackie's good performance. The rest of the cast was reasonable, but their characters were not that interesting or even charismatic. The visuals are beautiful, but the score is not as prominent as I expected. It's still worth watching, if only for Pattinson's fantastic performance.

The visuals are spectacular and the entire score is simply wonderful. The story is at times not entirely clear, giving freedom to interpretation. The characters are adorable and their connection is natural and touching. Flow is a masterpiece, it is a film about survival, friendship, mutual help and hope. Stray is to video games what Flow is to cinema.

    Smile 2

    ★★★½

Smile 2 is a violent, terrifying and eccentric experience, but only in the second half. The first part is made up of a mediocre script, characters without any kind of charisma and cheap jump scares, only Naomi Scott's fantastic performance is saved in the midst of so much confusion. Unexpectedly, the film after an hour becomes a much bolder and more consistent production with a more interesting plot, a breathtakingly brilliant horror scenes and an impactful final stretch.
