Y Tu Mamá También 2001
I watched this in Spanish class in high school for the first time and I’m not sure understood the full brilliance of it, or more or less the film at all. The combination of two boys relationship with an older women set against a period of political turmoil in Mexico makes for a must watch. Deeply comical yet a sociopolítical critique through faced paced ludicrosity, it’s become one of my all time faves.
Also this is the potential Challengers had which it did not live up to.
