  Dune: Part Two 2024

  This is a fucking sci-fi desert sandy fucking masterpiece. Yes, I did write fucking twice.

  I loved this so much more than the first Dune. The pacing is perfect in my opinion, which when added to the incredible mix of effects, perfect cinematogrophy, soundtrack and acting makes the experience of watching this perfect for any sci-fi fan.

  My rating may be shocking to some, but I do find the pacing of this movie to be ruining it in a way. It works on one hand, but doesn’t really do it for me. The cinematography, worldbuilding, costumes and soundtrack does make it a masterpiece. It just did not hit the same for me as I see it do to everyone else. 

  I saw both Dune & Dune Part Two for the first time during a 13 hour flight. After seeing them both, Dune 2 is just miles better in my opinion. Therefore, this is a shocking 3.5 to me.

  I just saw this for the first time ever, in big 2024. One of the greatest movies ever made, period. This gave me the chills at so many points throughout the movie. Holy shit. It’s amazing.

  I have no clue how to rate this. 

  On one hand, I get why everyone loves this. It is a good film, great score, and the performances are amazing. I don’t judge anyone who love this, but somehow it wasn’t my cup of tea. I actually couldn’t wait for it to be over, as I got bored a lot throughout this and wanted to sleep.

  I’ll need to rewatch this someday, still trying to connect the dots but I do appreciate the movie and it was a good one. My rewatch may give it its justice.
