There’s about a hundred of the best line readings in The Big Lebowski, the writing and performances coalescing to make all the absurdity feel somehow authentic and natural. Can never decide who is giving the best performance, Goodman or Bridges, but I named my dog after Donny (true to his namesake, he won’t shut up) so Buscemi holds a special place in my heart.
