  Would have been more entertaining as an R movie, but it works for what it is. Some good laughs, but kinda bland. Sequels will be better than this origin story, I'm sure.

  Boring, lifeless, predictable, and the lead actress is so bad. Also, very few jokes, and some real groaners among the few here. Did not care about a single character. Pointless cash-grab.

  I wonder if the line "is that your real voice?" was scripted or improvised. Ireland's voice is pretty grating, but everything else was pretty fun. Exactly what I expect from a Canon film.

  This movie was so boring!

  Goldblum's character being sleep deprived wasn't necessary to the overly convoluted plot, but it sure renders his character uninteresting. The chemistry between Goldy and Pfeiffer is really tepid. A total slog that I should have turned off at my first inclination, 10 mins in.
