it feels chiller/more romantic than his other American movies, which I totally admired; I’ve always loved the idea of being able to talk to/interact with yourself and the mickeys banter was not only fun performance-wise (robert pattinson good, water wet) but also very relatable, with 18 constantly questioning 17’s behavior and true feelings about his circumstances and vice versa. not sure the other aspects of the story clicked w me tho, and im inclined to believe either a) im deaf…
