I really wanted to love this, having grown up with the Harry Potter books and movies, I was so excited to see more from the world from a different perspective. Unfortunately it felt too much about the CG - which was amazing - but I wanted to know more about the characters which were set up well but didn't go into any ready depth, as did the story which felt similarly shallow and simple. Not a terrible film but nothing amazing for me.

Definitely a different style of humour - absolutely absurd - but I wish there were recent movies made in this style of humour.
