This movie desperately needed different casting for the protagonist. Outside of that fundamental error it’s probably the strongest film of the bunch so far. Powerfully mundane
The purposeful ignorance of the characters is wonderfully mirrored by the audience experience. We are constantly aware of what’s off screen without ever indulging in it. The cloud is always looming and sometimes even breaks through, but is quickly put back in its place in favor of the comfortable.
Incredible sound design with strong cinematography. I enjoy this film more as a piece of art than as a movie.
