  This one has all the quirky makings of a film noir but without every typical cliche.

  Used my free ticket from A24 to take my wife to see this one. Interesting story but nothing we haven’t seen before in past films including Get Out and Midsommar. There needs to be a sincere title for movies like this. Kept me interested because it waited until the final scenes to answer some of the movie’s questions. Great original music by Nile Rodgers and The-Dream. Wasn’t expecting that duo. Mostly, Malkovich looked like he had fun in this one (as well as the costume department) and we need to see Ayo in a lot more projects.
