This is one of my most rewatched movies ever, once you’ve seen it the first time, it’s a great one to pick up at any point in the movie when it comes on TV.

I love how unique this movie concept is, not too many movies involving magicians, historical England, Nikola Tesla, etc., it locks you into that time and you kind of forget anything else exists.

A great movie about friends who rivals and then enemies, Christian Bale and Hugh Jackman go head to head, with many deep plot twists along the way. Thoroughly enjoy every time.

The first 30 minutes will capture you right out of the gate, a fast paced, horrific reminder of what pioneer life was like back in the day. The movie builds from there, with multiple intriguing storylines, great characters, and…

I’ve always been a sucker for Martin Scorsese’s gangster movies, “Casino” and “Goodfellas” are two of my favorite movies ever - I love the way he shoots scenes, the quick cuts, the snappy dialogue, etc., they really feel like a true movie experience to me that really sucks you into the scene on the screen…

“The Irishman” is still in that same vein, but a little different. Scorsese made this LONG after those other two, and while still good, it…
