Watched on the flight from West Palm Beach, Florida to New York.
Hmm I found a main character unlikable. Was she supposed to be that way? I’m not sure. The movie lost steam in the third act, Love, which is too bad since that’s when Javier Bardem came in and I like him. To me it seemed that a lot of time was spent on Eat so Pray and Love had to be rushed.
Good to see Burt Hummel.
Watched this while sitting in between a very straight man and a gay woman.
Him: Wow, things have changed so much since 1968! It must be very different to be gay now.
Her: Um....no
Fun movie for a Monday night. Jon Hamm did well, but everyone around him was better. IMO.
The best part of this for me was the glamour surrounding it. The Indeed Theater had uncomfortable seats, but a very fabulous bar (though I didn’t access it). And I spotted:
