  Plays it so safe that it feels completely flat. While its subject matter is hugely important, cinematically She Said lacks a revolutionary perspective. Would have been better off as a straight documentary.

  An emotional but heartwarming watch about loneliness, finding the joy in the mundane, and public toilets! 

  The mastery of this work is its ability to spotlight the positivity of everyday life. And for that alone, I think it’s worth viewing. 

  While the schtick of “Perfect Days” started to get a bit tedious for me in the middle, I was continually pulled back from the brink by some stellar performances, and some genuinely lovely moments of human connection. It’s hard not to smile your way through it.
