Captain America: Brave New World 2025
I'm torn between giving this a 5 or a 6 out of 10. It was kinda just fine? I didn't really love it, I didn't have any major complaints, it was just a movie that I watched and won't think much more about. I think I'll put it at 5 for making me sit through the credits for THAT post credits scene.

So much wrong here. Poorly written, awkwardly acted (for the most part, I thought Ariel Donoghue was mostly believable despite the stilted dialogue), and just generally silly. I like silly movies, but this was not silly in a good way. It loses so much steam in the third act, in which the choices made by essentially every character, especially the cops, are utterly baffling.
Not worth seeing in theatres. I'm also shocked by how many positive reviews this is getting on letterboxd. Just because M Night loves his daughter doesn't mean this is a good movie, guys.
