A whole ass war over some seasoning and giant worms??? For real though, I liked some elements of this futuristic society, but the movie felt so. damn. long. Mega game of thrones vibes with everybody dying #rip. I like movies that can stand on their own as great films, and this very much just seemed like a giant setup for the second movie. That being said, I am still going to watch the second movie bc I think it could be bomb, but we shall see.

About Time 2013
Shoutout colon for this rec<3 def one of my new fav movies. Fantastic soundtrack. Love Rachel McAdams. Although it originally seemed like a silly idea for a movie, the underlying message to relish the extraordinary moments of our ordinary lives really hit home for me.
