my moms side of the family are chinese immigrants and this movie perfectly captured the tension in my family; it was so crazy to watch. i broke down because ive never seen something that so accurately portrayed my relationship with my mother. it hurt, but it was beautiful at the same time. and the way i love my mom has changed. man idek what else to say.
