  There was a few specific sequences here that really worked for me, but the overall conceit of the film struggles to land for me, especially the idea of this being the framing device retrospective narrative where it feels engaged in way to much telling and way too little showing, its these moments that often feel like the clunkiest and hardest to relate to moments of the movie.
