  First off, Evolution is a piece of art. The cinematography is fantastic and really carries the movie, as there is really little dialog. That being said, dialog is not needed. Hadžihalilović slowly sucks you into this little french island village, that from the beginning is quite off putting. You follow Nicholas, a boy from the village, as he goes deeper and deeper into the rabbit…

  These gremlin rip offs crash land in small town America and terrorize a nice little farming family. Meanwhile, shape-shifting, alien, bounty hunters destroy a church and bowling alley looking for the crits. Eventually, the aliens catch up with critters fighting the family. Long story short, the bother and sister have a bonding moment, teaming up with the town drunk to save the day!

  This is everything I wanted in hobgoblins.
