I was not interested in Bob Dylan before and I’m still not— however, this movie was an engrossing experience that I thoroughly enjoyed. I felt the magnetism, the ego, the timeless terrors of fandoms, I almost felt I could imagine what folk music would mean to me culturally as a white person at that time (almost).
