society if all musicals were adapted like chicago….what a wonderful dream…but as for reality it is actually impossible to tell if this is good or bad. because you can’t think too hard about it. plot hole? “don’t worry about it and just accept the vibe” they say. and isn’t that what a musical is all about?

felt clunky and was sooooo long. i seriously don’t get the hype at ALL about this movie, in fact i hated it. really good ideas/themes but it felt like a rough draft like 30 mins could’ve been shaved with ease… when big emotional moments happened they didn’t feel earned. the emotional tension was kind of all over the place instead of slowly building.
dominic sessa’s acting was also just not good! is this what people mean when they say someone…
