Beautifull made, felt really realistic, except the singing parts, they where a bit off sometimes.
I love Mufasa and Taka. Even though Taka betrayed his brother, I feel like Mufasa should have forgiven him. It’s not fair that Mufasa forgetts all the years they took him into the family. After all, Taka just had a broken heart.
Such a creative way of making a biography. The choice of bringing the stories and fantasies alive by using Lego visuals is very smart. Who doesn’t love some good builds? All the images made the interviews so much more dun to watch.
Nice to learn a lot more about the history and career of Pharrell and the gang. #MASTERPIECE
Loved the music choices!
I didn’t know what to expect from this movie. I really liked the way the first half of the film was shot and the style they used. ‘Part one’ felt like they where living inside a painting. Personally the story lost me at ‘part three’ wich was way too slow. I missed the strong character building from the first part throughout the whole movie. My score is mostly based off the crazy good acting by our two main guys. It’s nice to see Daniël in such a different light than the classic 007 womanizer. Would have been a 2,5/5 if it wasn’t for the performance.
