Fight Club 1999
beautiful movie and one in which i didn’t spend the duration compulsively checking my watch. this film kept me on edge, i never knew what to expect next. the underlying themes of consumerism and masculinity in our modern society spoke to me. i can tell i’ll be exploring these ideas and themes for the next few days. honestly, i’m almost at loss for words, this movie is breathtaking. and to tie it all together, ‘where is my mind’ as the end song was perfect. this is definitely worth a rewatch.
