  left this feeling like something was missing and not understanding what. the acting and scenery was so beautiful that it almost distracts you from the fact that there’s no real movement in the plot. Other than a slightly deeper understanding of each other between the two cousins, the plot points with their grandma, their history and benji’s depression felt underdone

  A vulnerable and intensely raw portrayal of the inevitability of death and loneliness and the innate desperation in our desire to be noticed, understood and attribute a significance to our existence. This is the kind of movie that i won’t be able to completely absorb on the first watch but regardless, it’s left me with a deep sense of existential dread and sorrow. The more i learn about this film the more my mind is blown and i take personal offence to anyone rating this movie any lower than 3.5 stars!!! simply a masta peace
