okay I took some time to think about this series, I thought it was very pretty, and genuinely there was a lot of thought behind things- but, it all got lost in translation- in other words, it’s hard to connect with art when it isn’t finished. Miller's Girl 2024
This film felt like reading a book, I always enjoy narration within a movie, I felt that it was executed well as it is from the perspective of a writer. Though the story is predictable I find it interesting that perspective of the narrator can alter your view, for example sympathizing with their dynamic while understanding that it is inherently wrong.

The Boy and the Heron 2023
This is my second time watching this film. The layers to it are unmatched, I still am left so confused. Granted the animation is beyond beautiful and extremely creative which is on par with any Miyazaki film.
