The vibes are phenomenal, soundtrack bangs, and man does PTA know how to shoot a movie. But I just couldn’t connect with this how I wanted to, and I think it almost entirely stems from the weird age gap. Made me uncomfy enough to not love, but it’s still a good time! Plus the chick is kinda an uggo!

Yea that fucking rocks. Incredible directorial debut. I love how the Coen Brothers have dedicated so much of their filmography telling these small town Americana noirs, and this one is no different. I am once again complaining that we don’t make movies like this anymore. I wish I wasn’t so stupid and actually had the vision to create something.
