Nosferatu 2024
moves slow and a bit hollow at times. otherwise perfect. think of the pace of a nature doc. at risk of putting you to sleep, the geriatric pace and slow pans achieve the impending doom that the count and plague hope to convey. necessary evil.
makeup was disgusting in the best way; couldn’t recognize bill skarsgard (hog check).
costume design was elaborate and ostentatious but wouldn’t blame anyone that didn’t notice anything other than big shoulder pads.

Interstella 5555: The 5tory of the 5ecret 5tar 5ystem 2003
drummer was the runt of the group, 10/10 for that reason alone. egg man fit the role of greedy, corporate exec well. B-tier antagonist, this world’s bowser (in that he kidnaps Stella and the rest of the band rescues her). Fun that “one more time” was seemingly egg man’s 5555th gold record. Music from Discovery fit the story well, never felt forced.
Post credits were almost better than the movie. loved the two music videos following story of an old…
