  This movie is EXCRUCIATINGLY real. I could not help but place myself exactly where she was in the entirety of the movie. Kayla was me in middle school. Although I didn't have a smart phone in middle school nor have the influence of social media we have today, I think that anyone can understand Kayla's character. You cry, laugh and cringe, all because it is incredibly relatable. Too many things that I adored about this movie to write them all…

  The movie itself wasn't fantastic, but the message boosted it a few points on my scale.
  She so perfectly portrayed low self-esteem that is so common among girls. Towards the end of the movie, she says that we all need to have the confidence of little girls; to show our bellies and dance around without care of what we look like and what other people think about us!! Let's all have little girl confidence!!!
