  This is the special i’ve desperately wanted from bill over the last 5+ years. Still keeps the classic psychopath forehead vein piercing energy, but applies it from a much more self aware way that he should at this stage in his life as a 50+ year old. Loved this

  We come to this place for magic.

  We come to AMC theaters to laugh, to cry, to care. Because we need that. All of us. That indescribable feeling we get when the lights begin to dim and we go somewhere we’ve never been before--not just entertained, but somehow reborn together. 

  Dazzling images on a huge silver screen. Sound that I can feel.

  As an avid listener of Bill’s podcast and someone who has consumed hours and hours of content from Bill Burr, I have been looking forward to this for months.

  That being said, the first part of this was pretty weak for his standards. Cancel culture jokes especially are extremely cringe to me at this point but whatever. As soon as you get past that, it gets fantastic though, especially the final 45mins. The parts where Bill gets personal are where…
